Things aren’t always easy…
Life happens, circumstances happen…things out of our control happen and what do we do??
We think thoughts that run circles in our heads. One bad thought leads to another, which leads to another and then those lead to a lot of really bad thoughts.
We wind up thinking the worst, creating anxiety and fear from things that are unknown. Why are we freaking out? Because we don’t have answers and we don’t know the outcome.
Let go of the outcome my friends…you can’t control it. Let go and set yourself free of worry, anxiety, stress and fear.
Here is my challenge to you….Instead of thinking about what is happening in the world today and of what possibly can happen, (when you have no idea) Go grab a journal write 3-5 things you are thankful for EVERYDAY…it’s an exercise that will help you see more than you imagined.
I do this myself. It has become my morning routine over coffee. A routine that I love doing. It helps to put me in perspective of how fortunate I truly am for all the things I have in my life.
